Recently, some unscrupulous companies have been honing the reputation of Bangla Gold (Pvt) Ltd. by copying the trademarked logo of Bangla Gold and hallmarking it. The false logo resembles Bangla Gold’s logo quite a bit if it is not examined closely.
One such organization is Ruposhi Gold. The company is essentially branding itself by copying Bangla Gold’s logo. There is no way to see it with the naked eye without a magnifying glass, which is a punishable offence under the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
In this case, to avoid legal complications, we, Bangla Gold, request the jewelers and buyers to check very carefully whether or not there is a genuine Bangla Gold logo before accepting the ornaments from the artisans and goldsmith.
